HOW TO DEAL WITH GUILT:

-try reframing thoughts 

-try ignoring it 

-think about meditating

-feel the pounding of your heart 

-feel the way your neck is always tight

-wonder if other people feel like this

-think about how since you were 5 you felt like this 

-think about your genetics

-think about your mom

-wonder when you got so old 

-wonder how your mom has dealt with her guilt 

-know that she hasn’t until recently 

-wonder about if you can find love and make it last 

-think about how every way you turn it’s waiting around the corner and so maybe it comes from within
